Paid Social Marketing Manager
You own paid social strategy and execution for multiple active clients at any given time.
Position Overview
- Manage and optimize Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns
- Lead the charge on new emerging platforms when opportunities arise
- Work directly with clients to align campaigns and content with their goals
- Manage diverse budget sizes across clients
- Build social campaigns that convert for different audiences and goals
- Collaborate with our design team to produce authentic, scroll-stopping creative
- Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and leverage first-party data for precise targeting
- Run continuous A/B tests on creative formats (Reels vs. static, testimonial vs. product-focused), ad copy, and audience segments
- Manage retargeting campaigns across platforms
- Monthly reporting that connects social spend to business outcomes
What We Require
- Fluent in the best practices of each platform, with a strong interest to learn more
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn minimum) in an agency or multi-client environment
- Proven ability to manage annual social advertising budgets across multiple clients and campaigns
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager (campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and optimization)
- Strong understanding of creative quality in relation to social ad performance
- Understanding of conversion tracking architecture (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, LinkedIn Insight Tag)
- GA4 and Looker proficiency
- You can translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for clients
- Stay current on algorithm changes, new ad formats, and creative trends
- Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
